About Kapdabook
Kapdabook is an early-stage AI fashion-tech startup helping textile and fashion businesses create professional product and catalogue content using AI.
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Content & Social Media Specialist who can take ownership of our social media presence and help build the Kapdabook brand from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage Kapdabook's Instagram and Facebook content.
- Research trends and continuously come up with new content ideas.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts and carousels.
- Handle video editing, captions, hooks, music, subtitles and basic motion graphics.
- Turn Kapdabook's product, AI technology and fashion industry insights into engaging content.
- Monitor content performance and improve the strategy based on what works.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule.
- Research competitors, fashion brands, AI companies and relevant trends for content inspiration.
- Take ownership of the complete process: Idea β Content β Edit β Publish β Analyze β Improve.
What We're Looking For

You should:
- Have strong creativity and content ideas.
- Understand Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Be confident with video editing.
- Understand hooks, storytelling and audience retention.
- Have a positive visual sense and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable experimenting with new formats and trends.
- Be able to work independently and take responsibility.
- Bring ideas to the team instead of waiting for instructions.
You should be able to look at Kapdabook and say, "I have an idea for this," rather than asking, "What should I post today?"
