We are looking for the following position for our safety simulation team, part of the
Engineering Design & Simulation (EDS)

Project Specific Research Engineer – Crash Analyst (01 – ARAI Contract)
Location – Kothrud
The candidate should have completed Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University with minimum First Class
Work Experience:
Min. 3 year and Max 6 years of experience in Crash Simulation domain.
Description of Duties:
1. Crash simulation load case deck setup including FE model preparation, define materials, contacts, connections, welds, and boundary conditions for the CAE based certification load cases.
2. Debug the model and corrections if required.
3. Analyze and result interpretation. Provide clear technical recommendations
4.
Maintain simulation reports and documentation in line with quality and certification standards.
5. Support CAE‑based certification and homologation for global safety regulations
6. Support continuous improvement of CAE methodologies, processes, and best practices
Required Skills:
1.
Strong experience in CAE Certification & CAE-Crash
2.
Proficiency with LS DYNA
3.
In depth AIS & ECE standards interpretation
4.
Expert in FE model building and debugging the model.
5.
Hands on experience with pre/post tools such as HyperMesh, HyperView, Oasys Primer
6.
Knowledge of CAE based certification workflows and regulatory requirements
7.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a robust analytical mindset.
8.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
