Manager - Product Pricing - Enbaling Areas - Finance & Accounts

The Team

As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and research to gather intelligence on competitors' pricing strategies and market trends, as well as performing win-loss analysis of deals. You will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights and recommendations to support pricing decisions, maintain competitiveness in the marketplace, and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.

Your Work Profile
- Lead product pricing strategy by conducting competitive pricing analysis, market benchmarking,



and value-based pricing assessments to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain financial and commercial models to evaluate pricing scenarios, revenue impact, margin optimization, and business growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define pricing frameworks, discount structures, and commercial proposals aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor pricing performance, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes and sustain competitive advantage.

Key Skills Required
- B.Tech + MBA/Any graduation with MBA
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Product Pricing
