Qualification:-Graduate/MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets across residential/commercial projects
- Generate and convert leads through channel partners, direct marketing and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and effective deal closures
- Maintain solid post-inquiry follow-up and CRM data hygiene
- Coordinate with the AGM – Sales on strategy, pricing and promotions
- Stay updated on competitor projects and market trends in the region
Key Skills
Excellent communication, persuasion and client-handling skills
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
