About the Role
We are looking for a smart energetic and ambitious BBA Fresher who is eager to build a career in Marketing and Business Operations. This role offers hands on exposure to marketing, customer communication, market research, business documentation, lead generation,



CRM Management and contributing with sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industries, and business opportunities.

· Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn, Google, industrial directories, and other online platforms

· Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.

· Perform competitor analysis and prepare market intelligence reports.

· Collect customer feedback and prepare summary report

· Coordinate exhibitions, promotional events and customer engagement activities

· Assist planning and executing marketing campaigns

Candidate Profile

· BBA is Mandatory.

· Freshers are encouraged to apply.

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

· Robust interpersonal and presentation skills

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF ha
