- Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal losses for the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes in an efficient manner.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive NBFC landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in collections or related field (NBFC).
- Solid knowledge of credit cards, personal loans, business loans, and unsecured loans.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of recoveries through effective communication skills.
