About the Role:

Theobroma Foods Pvt. Ltd. is hiring passionate and dedicated Commis I Cafeteria for its Central Kitchen in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality brownies while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and production standards.

The Central Kitchen produces approximately 1,000–1,500 bakery, pastry, chocolate, and brownie products every day, ensuring timely supply to multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare products as per standard recipes and production plans.

Ensure product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.

Follow Food Safety and Hygiene (FSSAI/GMP) standards.

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and production area.

Operate bakery and kitchen equipment safely.

Meet daily production targets.





Minimize product wastage and follow inventory control practices.

Coordinate with supervisors and production team for smooth operations.

Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines at all times.

Daily Production:

The Central Kitchen manufactures approximately:

1,000–1,500 bakery, pastry, brownie, and confectionery items per day.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Shift Details:

This is a rotational shift role based on the production roster.

Candidates may be assigned to:

Morning Shift

Day Shift

Evening Shift

Night Shift

Eligibility:

Hotel Management / Food Production background preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Basic knowledge of bakery, pastry, or confectionery production.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Physically fit to work in a production environment.
