Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on poise, grooming, professional etiquette, communication, body language, executive presence, and personal branding.
- Deliver classroom, virtual,



and experiential learning interventions across locations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational grooming, appearance, and service standards during all training programs.
- Drive learner engagement and measure training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback mechanisms.

Coaching & Development
- Provide individualized coaching and constructive feedback to enhance participants' confidence, professional presence, and workplace image.
- Conduct image consultations and recommend appropriate grooming, styling, and presentation practices aligned with organizational standards.
- Guide employees on makeup application, skincare, grooming techniques, and overall appearance management where applicable.

Content & Program Management
- Develop, customize, and continuously update training content, facilitator guides, activities, and learning resources.
