We are looking for Qualified CA to join our team at our Nariman Point office.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team management activities. The ideal candidate should have around 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial management, with strong knowledge of accounting systems and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations and ensure smooth functioning of the accounts department.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.

Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC requirements.

Finalize books of accounts and coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.

Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Prepare budgets, cash flow statements,



financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

Lead, train, and supervise the accounts team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in finalization of accounts and financial reporting.

Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Experience in audit coordination and compliance management.

Expertise in MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred.

Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required: Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and compliance.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
