Role & Responsibilities

The F&B; Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Raahi by Bindisa, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient staff management, cost control, and smooth coordination between the floor, kitchen, bar, and management.
- Manage complete daily restaurant and F&B; operations.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate service staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, service standards, and hygiene.
- Coordinate effectively between the kitchen, service floor, bar/beverage section, cashier, and management.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, breakage, and expiry of products.
- Coordinate purchasing and ensure essential stocks are available on time.
- Control food and beverage costs and reduce unnecessary wastage.
- Monitor daily sales,



billing, cash handling, discounts, and closing reports.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambience, table setup, washrooms, and guest areas.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Support management in planning events, private parties, DJ nights, and special promotions.
- Monitor guest reviews and work continuously to improve the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
- Take ownership of restaurant performance and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B;, restaurant, caf, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience as an F&B; Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar role preferred.
