The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations, including data preparation, validation, submission, and approval in collaboration with HR and external providers
- Review payroll outputs, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support payroll-related banking, payments, reporting, and data analysis using Excel and other tools
- Deliver timely, high-quality support for employee payroll queries while maintaining a strong customer experience




- Contribute to payroll projects and transformation initiatives, including data migration, validation, and stakeholder coordination
- Drive continuous improvement by maintaining documentation, enhancing processes, and collaborating with global payroll teams

We would love to hear from you if:
- 8+ years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in payroll, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., lookups, data analysis, reconciliations) with solid attention to detail and organizational ability
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality employee experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with international payrolls (US, UK, Ireland) and flexibility to support EMEA/US-aligne
