TPA Executive – Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance/TPA cases.

Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, TPAs, doctors, and hospital departments.

Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy details.

Process pre-authorization requests and follow up for approvals.

Prepare and submit required medical documents, bills, estimates, and discharge summaries.

Coordinate for final approval and claim settlement.

Handle queries and discrepancies raised by TPAs/insurance companies.

Ensure timely submission of claims and necessary documents.

Maintain records of cashless and reimbursement cases.

Follow up on pending approvals, queries, deductions, and claim payments.

Coordinate with billing and medical departments for accurate documentation.





Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance-related information.

Required Skills:

2–3 years of experience in a hospital TPA/Insurance desk.

Good knowledge of cashless hospitalization and insurance procedures.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and hospital software.

Ability to handle patients professionally and work under pressure.

Knowledge of major TPAs and health insurance processes is preferred.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/insurance-related experience preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
