Organizational Role: Store Executive

OBJECTIVES:
- To get the materials at right time
- in right quantity and quality at right cost

Material purchase:
- Material requirement by site In change.
- Checking of material Balance Stock In Store.
- Preparation of Indent.
- Sending Indent to Purchase Department.
- Purchase Department Prepares P.O.
- Purchase Department send P.O. To Suppliers & Store.
- Suppliers send materials as per P.O. at sites.
- Material Gates received at sites.
- Quantity of material is counted and counter checked with challan copy.
- Preparation of G.R.N.
- Storing the material and updating the stock.

JOB SPECIFICATION

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Excellent communication skills

· The skills to work both independently and as a part of a team

· A positive, confident & determined approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
