Role Description
The Assistant Manager role at ECHT VENTURES is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and assist in implementing business strategies across ECHT Business entities. Responsibilities include tracking key performance indicators, preparing reports and presentations, supporting process improvements, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.



The role also involves managing internal communication, assisting in vendor and stakeholder coordination, and helping maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager is expected to contribute to problem-solving, maintain organized documentation, and provide reliable administrative and operational support to senior management.
