Role Description
The Sales Team Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales performance and guiding a team of sales professionals. This role involves setting sales targets, monitoring daily activity, and providing coaching and support to team members to ensure objectives are met. The Sales Team Lead will oversee pipeline management, conduct regular performance reviews,



and collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, resolving escalated queries, preparing sales reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes. The role also requires active participation in training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and maintain high standards of customer experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within EdTech or E-learning services.
