About the Role

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter with 14 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for the Indian market, along with strong communication and candidate-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess communication and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Meet daily and monthly sourcing/submission targets.
- Ensure quality submissions and avoid duplicate or irrelevant profiles.

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Valuable understanding of the Indian IT hiring market.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Testing, Full Stack, and other IT skills is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Target-oriented with good time-management skills.
