Role Description
The GTM Engineer at Dooza is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market functions, working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to design and implement technical solutions that support customer onboarding and expansion you will also work very close to the founder and figure out pmf .
Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and integrating the Dooza AI platform for client environments, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, and developing demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations. The GTM Engineer will analyze customer workflows, optimize deployments, troubleshoot issues, and create technical documentation and enablement materials for internal teams. The role also involves participating in pre- and post-sales technical discussions, gathering feedback to inform product improvements, and supporting scalable processes for future implementations.
Qualifications
