Lead - Talent Intelligence

What you will do?
- Work closely with Recruiters and TA Leads to provide leadership search engagement support in the form of market mapping, industry research and insights.
- Gather Data on Target companies to be mapped according to the requirement and assign mapping tasks to the team.
- Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent
- Make data driven sourcing decisions understand how to identify data / profiles on the web finding patterns and working on automation
- Find and engage with candidates using Social platforms, public domains, and alternative search techniques
- Find contact details of both candidates and business prospects as per requirement.
- Monitor Team Performance and reporting to the higher authorities daily.
- Ensure accountability for quality and relevance of data
