Job Description:
Mozart Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President – Sales to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of the real estate market, strong leadership abilities, and a proven record of achieving high sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales team.
- Create and execute growth-oriented sales strategies.
- Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent business performance.
- Develop robust relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Oversee sales planning, reporting, and market analysis.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
