- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates according to the JD.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Negotiate and communicate salary/offer details when required.
- Drive candidates toward successful joining and closure.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and daily activity reports.
- Work closely with the HR/Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring requirements.
- Support bulk/volume hiring for Sales, BDA/BDE, Inside Sales, Academic Counsellor and Customer Support roles.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (500081)
