Job description- Sr. Graphic Designer

Department: Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns
- Design high-quality marketing creatives including brochures, social media posts, ads, hoardings, and site branding while ensuring brand consistency across campaigns.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, print production, and digital ad formats with ability to create premium/luxury aesthetics.
- Responsible for preparing print-ready files, image retouching, and collaborating with the marketing team for project launches and promotions
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications




- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery

Desired profile of the candidate:
- Strong creative thinking with attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of branding and visual communication
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Leadership capability to mentor junior designers
- Understanding of real estate marketing creatives preferred

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
