About the Role

Marvel Industries & Services Pvt. Ltd. is a plasticizer manufacturer producing DOP, DOTP, and DINP. We’re looking for a Factory Accountant to manage plant-level accounting, cost tracking, and compliance at our Gwalior facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day factory accounts — purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries in Tally/ERP
- Raw material accounting
- Production cost accounting — batch/process costing for DOP/DOTP/DINP, yield variance analysis, wastage tracking
- Inventory reconciliation — raw material, WIP, and finished goods; physical stock verification vs. book stock
- GST compliance — input tax credit reconciliation (GSTR-2B matching), e-way bills, monthly/annual GST returns
- TDS deduction, deposit, and return filing (26Q/24Q)
- Vendor and contractor payment processing, including Advance Authorisation licence documentation for imported feedstock
- Bank reconciliation and petty cash management for the factory unit
- Support statutory, cost,



and internal audits with schedules and documentation
- Coordinate with logistics for freight and transport bill reconciliation
- Prepare MIS — cost sheets, factory P&L;, variance reports for management
- Support valuable governance

Qualifications

B.Com/M.Com; Inter CA or CMA preferred but not mandatory

4-8 years in factory/manufacturing accounting, preferably in chemicals, plastics, or process industries

Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/SAP, GST, and TDS provisions

Working knowledge of batch/process cost accounting

Skills

Attention to detail in reconciliations

Ability to work independently at a plant location with periodic HO reporting

Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for MIS

Job timing 9:00 am to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
