SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

This position will lead the Powder Coatings Segment in Jotun India, driving sustainable growth, profitability, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. Based at the Mumbai Head Office and reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for delivering the segment's strategic and commercial objectives across India.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Sales team through coaching, performance management, and capability building to achieve sales targets and drive high performance.
- Drive business strategy and growth by contributing to the Local Management Team and aligning local plans with corporate and regional objectives.
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and strengthen the distribution network.
- Monitor business performance and ensure execution excellence through regular review of action plans, targets, and operational objectives.
- Establish best-in-class processes and governance by implementing standardized procedures, reporting systems,



and performance measures across retail and project teams.
- Provide leadership across commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, Technical Service Support (TSS), and Customer Service (CSD), to ensure cross-functional alignment and business success.
