Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
- Work with the sales teams and customers to ensure products continually meets market requirements while maintaining business objectives.
- Gather and analyse all available research and data sources to continually refine and improve all aspects of the product.
- Prioritize features and user stories, managing the product backlog effectively.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Develop and communicate product specifications and user stories.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
- Identify recent market and product opportunities and define target market requirements,



which create the foundation for the overall product strategy and roadmap.
- Compare/benchmark the product with competition and evolve/enhance the product as required
- Ability to manage all associated activities throughout Product life cycle in collaboration with other functional groups.
- Skills Required:
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role
- Experience in SaaS products is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
