About the Role

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate assignments, assessments, and interview feedback.
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, notice periods,



and joining formalities.
- Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future requirements.
- Prepare and share regular hiring updates and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with HR and business teams on workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
.
- Prior experience in an agency, media, advertising, creative, or quick-paced corporate environment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel/Google Sheets
and recruitment platforms.
