Job Summary
N2 Services Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiters (Freshers) to join our recruitment team in Padur, OMR, Chennai.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US IT Staffing and Recruitment. Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
- Communicate with US-based candidates through phone calls, email, and other channels.
- Maintain candidate information and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to meet daily recruitment targets.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with US-based candidates over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet tools.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment or US staffing experience are also welcome.
- Candidates located near OMR / Padur are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
