We are looking for an operational and field-savvy Fleet Manager to oversee delivery partner operations and driver fleets within a specific zone. In this role, you will be responsible for rider sourcing, onboarding, daily attendance management, order execution tracking, and maintaining driver discipline to ensure fast, reliable delivery service across the zone.

Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Sourcing & Onboarding: Recruit, interview, and onboard delivery riders/captains to meet target fleet numbers for the zone.
- Daily Attendance & Shift Allocation: Schedule shifts, track daily driver logins, and manage zone coverage during peak order hours to avoid delivery delays.
- Driver Performance & SLA Tracking: Monitor key metrics like order assignment time, delivery fulfilment rate, customer ratings, and rider cancellation rates.
- Field Support & Problem Solving:



Serve as the first point of contact for riders facing issues on the field (app glitches, restaurant wait times, customer address queries, or vehicle breakdowns).
- Payout & Attendance Verification: Verify daily/weekly rider attendance, order counts, and trip allowances for accurate and timely rider payouts.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fleet members adhere to road safety regulations, carry valid driving credentials (licenses, vehicle insurance), and maintain branded delivery gear standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics management, fleet operations, delivery partner onboarding, or field team management (experience in food delivery, quick-commerce, or courier platforms is highly preferred).
- Local Geography Expertise: Deep knowledge of routes, traffic patterns, and commercial areas within the assigned zone.
