We are seeking a Braze Application Engineer to provide development and Production support, campaign operations, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance for the Braze customer engagement platform. The role involves working closely with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure reliable campaign execution across multiple communication channels.

Required Technical Skill Set

• Build campaigns and Canvas journeys

• Create audience segments

• Configure personalization using Liquid

• Schedule campaigns

• Perform A/B testing

• Monitor campaign execution

• Resolve campaign failures

• Investigate push, email, and SMS delivery issues

• Support production deployments

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA)





• Work with engineering teams to resolve integration issues

• Integrate mobile apps with the Braze SDK

• Configure Connected Content

• Build REST API integrations – Events ,Catalogs,Attributes

• Implement custom events and user attributes

• Maintain webhooks and data synchronization

Must-Have

1. Very Good knowledge of JavaScript.
2. Valuable experience is required on JS, XML, SQL and JSON web technologies.
3. Worked on RESTFUL and SOAP-based web services
4. Experience with different SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum Project Implementation
5. Good communication, teamwork and customer interaction skills
6. Experience as a member of a technical project team, from design through delivery
7. Experience troubleshooting and identifying potential problems and making appropriate changes as necessary.
