Job Purpose:The Executive - Project Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through commercial, residential, and government projects by developing solid relationships with developers, architects, builders, PMCs, and institutional clients. The role focuses on generating project sales leads, achieving targets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring Quba products are specified, promoted, and successfully converted into orders.

Key Accountabilities:

Development & Demand Generation:
- Identify and create demand for Quba products in commercial, residential, hospitality, institutional, and government projects.
- Actively network with architects, developers, PMCs, and builders to position Quba as a preferred brand.

Lead Generation & Market Penetration:
- Generate project sales leads through site visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.




- Ensure a minimum of 45 meaningful client visits per day, logging all activities in CRM.
- Work towards getting Quba products listed in approved MAKE lists and included in BOQs for tenders.

Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for self in line with business goals.
- Monitor target achievement closely and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure success.
- Devise and execute short-term and long-term business strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth.
- Monitoring project timelines and ensuring the timely delivery of required specifications or solutions.
- Addressing client objections and offering prompt solutions.

Sales Enablement & Product Promotion:
- Encourage and arrange client visits to Quba Experience Centers.
- Conduct product presentations at showrooms, client offices, or project sites.
