JOB Title: Technical Recruiter

Requirement:
- Hands on experience managing End to End Recruitment cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-ups, Interview & On Boarding etc)
- Good Knowledge of Tax Terms and Visas.
- Extensive experience in sourcing through Resume/Job Portals and/or Vendor Network.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a quick paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in night shift (Mon Fri)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
- Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
- Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database,



Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
- Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
- Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
- Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.

Education: Any Graduate with good understanding of IT.
