Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and

execute our digital marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility,

and support business growth in domestic and international markets. The ideal





candidate should have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and a

strong understanding of marketing of online qualified courses. The candidate will

be responsible for driving growth in customer base of Punyam Academy online

courses, E-books and documentation packages, developing and implementing

strategic marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase website traffic,

improve conversion rates, and strengthen our global market presence.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and

engagement

 Execute digital campaigns targeting overseas customers, distributors, partners,

and management system certification-related businesses.

 Research international market trends, competitor activities, and customer

requirements.

 Support business expansion initiatives in new geographic markets.

 Collaborate with sales and business development teams
