Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage day-to-day seller, order, shipment, and delivery operations for Slash.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller onboarding, catalog, order processing, and operational coordination.
- Coordinate with sellers and logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Track orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and RTOs.
- Monitor marketplace SLAs and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Coordinate with customer support, sourcing, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily operational reports and identify gaps affecting customer experience.




- Help develop and improve marketplace SOPs and logistics processes.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or operations.
- Good understanding of order-to-delivery marketplace operations.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational dashboards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can take ownership of marketplace operations end-to-end and build processes as the business scales.
