Job Description:

Bendic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Executive (Pharma) to manage procurement of pharmaceutical products, vendor coordination, and stock planning of finished goods . The candidate should have hands-on experience in pharma distribution and knowledge of expiry and batch management.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase of pharma products (Tablets, Capsules, Syrups, Injections, etc.)

Vendor coordination with pharma companies, stockists, and distributors

Price negotiation and margin management

Ensure availability of fast-moving products

Monitor expiry, batch details, and stock rotation (FIFO)

Maintain proper documentation as per pharma compliance

Coordinate with sales & warehouse team for stock planning





Handle purchase entries in Marg ERP / Tally

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Commerce preferred)

Min 3 years of experience in pharma purchase / distribution

Knowledge of pharma formulations (TAB, CAP, SYR, INJ, etc.)

Basic understanding of GST & billing

Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

Experience in Marg ERP preferred

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of expiry management & drug compliance

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Ability to manage bulk purchasing and stock planning
