About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Designer to support our design and product development team with artwork preparation, BOM creation, product documentation, and coordination with the production team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the design team with creating, editing, and preparing product artworks.

* Use *CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator* for basic design edits, resizing, tracing, and artwork preparation.

* Support the team in preparing and updating *BOMs for different SKUs*.

* Maintain and organize design files, product folders, artwork, BOMs, and other product-related documents.

* Maintain the design/SKU database and catalog new and existing designs.

* Coordinate with PPC and production teams to provide correct artworks and files required for production.

* Ensure the latest and correct artwork versions are shared with production.

* Make updates to product files and documentation as designs or materials change.





* Assist the design team with sample and product development activities.

* Maintain proper file naming, version control, and documentation standards.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of relevant experience.

* Basic working knowledge of *CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator*.

* Good computer and MS Excel skills.

* Strong attention to detail and good file-management skills.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Experience in manufacturing, textiles, toys, or product development is preferred.

* Odoo/ERP experience will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹16,000–₹19,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
