Job Summary

Vakshana Interior Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in high-ticket sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent client acquisition, negotiation, and closing skills in the Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and convert high-value interior design leads into confirmed projects.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Build long-term relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.

* Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project handover.

* Represent the company in networking events and business meetings.

* Travel for local and outstation business meetings whenever required.

Eligibility

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or High-Ticket Sales.





* Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Modular Furniture, Luxury Home, or Real Estate industry is mandatory.

* MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management) is the minimum qualification.

* Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

* Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Proven ability to close high-value deals.

* Must own a laptop.

* Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

* Comfortable travelling for outstation client meetings.
