Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and development to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and supply chain to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract recent customers.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., in Hospitality related to Health & Safety etc) are a plus.
