The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resource functions with a robust focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, training & development, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance coordination, payroll support, and manpower planning across multiple residential and commercial facility management sites. The role requires close coordination with Operations Managers, Clients, Site Teams, and Corporate Functions to ensure smooth HR service delivery and workforce management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-based positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and recruitment drives.
- Coordinate interviews with Operations Managers and clients.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and vacancy reports.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Conduct salary negotiations and offer discussions.
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee enrollment in HRMS systems.
- Facilitate PF, ESI, insurance, and statutory registrations.
- Track probation and confirmation processes.
3. Learning & Development
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Prepare annual and monthly training calendars.
- Organize technical, soft skills, behavioral, customer service, and compliance training programs.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
- Coordinate internal and external trainers.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan employee engagement activities across sites.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and grievance handling.
