Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, monitor, and optimize integrated marketing activities across digital channels. The role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage campaigns, use AI tools to improve marketing productivity, create visual assets, support lead generation, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Qualification
- MBA or BBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing.
Required Experience
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT, SaaS, EdTech, or software services industry.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, SEO, SEM, and PPC channels.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline development through digital campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with sales, design, content, and business teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote software products and services.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Define target audiences, buyer personas, customer journeys, campaign objectives, and KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize channel effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
2. Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing
- Plan, create, execute, and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads, improve engagement, and promote products and services.
