Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for EPC, Electrical, Power, Infrastructure, and Government/PSU projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders and NITs.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, procurement, and project teams.
- Manage submissions through e-tendering portals / GeM.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, declarations, and required documentation.
- Track corrigenda, pre-bid queries, bid status, and tender results.




- Maintain tender records and databases.
- Coordinate post-bid clarifications and related activities.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of tendering and bidding processes.
- Experience with Government/PSU and e-tender portals.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.

Preference: Candidates with experience in Electrical EPC, Power, Substation, Transmission, or Infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
