Role Description
The Assistant will support the Logo Designer in day-to-day studio operations and client projects in a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include organizing project files, preparing briefs and notes, coordinating with clients for meetings and feedback, and tracking timelines and deliverables. The Assistant will help with basic research on clients and their industries, maintain records of completed work, and assist in documenting brand concepts and presentation materials.



Additional tasks may include scheduling, managing email communication, updating simple project trackers, and supporting smooth workflow across all active branding and logo design engagements.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English for client coordination and documentation.
- Basic proficiency with office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software).
- Attention to detail and accuracy when managing files, notes, and project information.
- Interest in branding, design, and visual communication; prior exposure to creative or design environments is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate effectively, and maintain a professional, client-focused attitude.
