Role Description
As a Product Owner at Jobizo India, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features that enhance our healthcare hiring platform. In this full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.



Your day-to-day work will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, refining user stories, validating solutions through data and user feedback, and aligning product outcomes with company goals. You will also monitor product performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and support the development team by clarifying scope and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications
- Strong Product Management skills, including backlog ownership, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Analytical Skills to translate business needs into explicit requirements and data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and presentation of product insights.
- Understanding of Software Development processes and agile methodologies to work seamlessly with engineering teams.
