Role & responsibilities
- Ensure distribution, detailing and display
- Develop and maintain list of minimum 360 chemists in given territory and maintain desired frequency of visit as per agreed norms
- Ensure minimum 70% productive calls
- Setting annual and monthly targets for field force and monitoring performance with timely correction to meet objective
- Identify, appoint & develop significant distributors network across key markets /cities
- Maintain / work out the weekly secondaries at the distributors for understanding the secondary trend /off-take patterns
- Ensure reach of products to interiors through wholesalers with local campaigns
- MCC (Mass Consumer contacts) activities like Inshops, Trade fair participations etc to increase awareness & affect Tertiary offtakes
- Conduct relationship building activities like chemist meets and loyalty programs
- Maintain inventory level at retailers through POBs.
