Telesales Representative – Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. This role is suitable for freshers who are confident communicators and interested in building a career in sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products or services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.




- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and/or the local language.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work with sales targets.

Salary-
12000 rs. to 15000 rs. per month + incentive

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
