Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Part Load Sales Executive to develop and manage business in Gurgaon, Manesar and Bawal industrial areas. The candidate will be responsible for generating new customers, developing transport business, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business for Part Load / LTL transportation services.

* Identify and approach manufacturers, distributors, exporters, traders and SMEs in Gurgaon, Manesar and Bawal.

* Develop business from industrial areas and major manufacturing clusters.

* Visit potential customers regularly and understand their logistics requirements.

* Generate enquiries, quotations and convert leads into regular business.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase business volume.

* Coordinate with operations for pickup, delivery and service-related issues.





* Monitor competitors, market rates and customer requirements.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Maintain daily sales reports, customer database and follow-up records.

* Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Candidate Profile

* 2–5 years of experience in Part Load / LTL / Transport / Logistics Sales.

* Valuable knowledge of the Gurgaon–Manesar–Bawal industrial belt.

* Existing customer contacts in manufacturing, automobile, engineering, FMCG, electrical, pharma or other industries will be an advantage.

* Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

* Must be comfortable with field sales and regular customer visits.

* Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
