About the Role

We are looking for a Student Counsellor Intern with a background in Psychology who can connect with students, understand the factors affecting their academic engagement, and help them overcome mental blocks that may be affecting their learning and progress.





The ideal candidate should be able to build solid connections with students, understand their challenges, and provide the right guidance to improve their focus, motivation, learning habits, and overall approach towards their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular one-on-one interactions with students to understand their academic mindset, motivation, focus, and engagement levels.
- Identify mental blocks, lack of motivation, fear of failure, procrastination, low confidence, and other factors that may be affecting a student's learning.
- Help students develop better study habits, concentration, consistency, and time-management skills.
- Help students develop a more mature, disciplined, and professional approach towards their learning.
- Motivate students who are struggling with consistency, attendance, assignments, projects, or course participation.
