The Motion Story is looking for an Art Director specializing in Key Art and Campaign Development to join the Prime Video GSS Creative Studio team. This is a hands on creative leadership role owning project level visual direction, from ideation through approved key art and campaign development, for entertainment and sports content viewed by millions worldwide. You'll work within the strategy set by the Creative Director,



guiding Visual Designers and ensuring every concept extends cleanly across campaign placements and production.

What You'll Do
- Lead key art and campaign concept development for entertainment and sports titles, from brief through approved visual direction
- Translate title narratives, campaign objectives and audience insights into distinctive visual territories
- Develop hands on key art comps, concept presentations and campaign explorations
- Establish composition, imagery, typography, color and visual hierarchy for assigned creative
- Guide and direct Visual Designers through creative exploration, providing transparent, actionable feedback
- Own the creative integrity and quality of key art through approval and handoff to production
- Present concepts and creative recommendations to stakeholders, articulating the strategic and visual rationale
- Ensure selected key art extends effectively across digital, social, OOH and other ca
