Role Description
Process Analysis:
Analyze existing Talent processes identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
System Integration:
Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
Documentation:
Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents process maps use cases and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation
Testing and Validation:
Develop test plans scenarios and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards
Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders project teams and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress
Change Management:
Collaborate with change management teams to support endusers in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Issue Resolution:
Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in process improvement initiatives suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality
