We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Manager & Content Strategist to join our team and build a solid, engaging digital presence globally.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content
- Track analytics, trends, and campaign performance
- Grow reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
- Generate fresh content ideas based on audience insights
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and format

What we’re looking for:
- 2 - 3 years of Proven experience in social media growth and content strategy
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
- Data-driven mindset with a creative approach
- Ability to turn trends into high-performing content
- Strong communication and project management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
