Dropdash is a fast-growing dropshipping platform connecting manufacturers and wholesalers with online sellers across 100+ product categories. We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to lead our people function and build scalable HR systems, culture, and talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own
end-to-end recruitment
and workforce planning across departments.
- Build talent pipelines through
lateral, campus, and digital hiring channels
.
- Manage the complete
employee lifecycle
including onboarding, HR documentation, HRMS, transfers, and exits.
- Develop and implement
HR policies, SOPs, and scalable processes
.
- Drive
performance management, appraisals, goal-setting, and career progression
.
- Lead
employee engagement, feedback, recognition, and culture-building initiatives
.




- Identify skill gaps and coordinate
L&D; and employee training programs
.
- Handle
employee relations, grievance resolution, and conflict management
.
- Oversee
monthly payroll
in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with
PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, and applicable labour laws
.
- Track key HR metrics and continuously improve HR effectiveness.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of
HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations & Compliance
.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of
Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
.
- Proficiency in
HRMS, Excel/Google Sheets, and payroll systems
.
- Ability to build processes and manage HR independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with discretion in handling sensitive matters.

Preferred Background
- 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience.
- Experience in a
startup, e-commerce, D2C, or rapid-grow
