Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Assistance:
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.
- Learn basic cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals through hands-on training.
- Menu Support:
- Assist in the execution of menu items, following recipes and instructions from the senior chef.
- Participate in menu planning sessions, offering creative input and ideas for new dishes.
- Gain exposure to diverse cuisines and cooking styles by working on a variety of menu items.
- Designing product training material for all the current product/menu development with the help of senior chef
- Learning and Development:
- Shadow experienced chefs during working hours to observe kitchen dynamics and workflow.
- Receive ongoing training and mentorship from culinary professionals, learning new skills and techniques.




- Seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development through practice and feedback.
- Food Safety and Hygiene:
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure the safety and quality of food products.
- Learn proper food handling techniques, including temperature control, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support efficient operations and timely service.
- Communicate effectively with team members, asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn, contributing to a supportive and cohesive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
